The Black Graduation Celebration is held to commemorate the achievements of graduating students with family and friends, in conjunction with the traditional Stanford Commencement, to celebrate the long tradition of cultural awareness at Stanford.

Every student participant in the Black Graduation Celebration is required to register at a cost of $75. To ensure their participation in these activities, we strongly encourage parents to register and pay for their students.

You do not need to pay a registration fee for family, friends, and other guests of the graduates. Also, in the tradition of this ceremony, graduates may invite as many guests as they wish.
