Mennen Tefferi

Mennen Tefferi is our new Special Events Coordinator at the Black Community Services Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of California, Merced, and a Master of Public Health from Touro University California. While her academic background is in public health, Mennen has a longstanding passion for event planning that began in high school. Over the past three years, she has gained professional experience in the event industry, working with both non-profits and corporate organizations. Mennen is thrilled to transition into the Higher Education sector, where she can support Black students by creating inclusive and memorable experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family!
