2025-2026 BCSC Availability Calendar

• We are only taking requests from student groups at this time.
• Our Availability Calendar only shows confirmed reservations. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
• Always provide alternative dates and times for your request. The Community Room is a popular space. Premium days book fast.
• Note: Our reservation system will be down between May 15 and June 3. All reservations for this time period must be requested by May 14. We are still only taking reservations from students and student organizations. Requests received between May 15  and June 3 will not be read until June 4.

Need Help with Supplies? 

Supplies are only for VSOs who name us as an affiliated department through the Office of Student Engagement. We offer napkins, cups, plates,  cutlery, tables, and coolers. Below is the request form. Please wait for confirmation before coming to the Black Community Services Center to pick up supplies.  The napkins, cups, plates, and cutlery are meant for  organizations with smaller and tighter budgets.  Please keep this in mind when requesting supplies. 

Non-Affiliated Organizations and Community Members

Room reservations are only for departments and organizations affiliated with Stanford. Non-affiliated organizations and community members should check out Stanford Conference Services for information on meeting and event space.
